The service and its operator

Skillbum offers short technology lessons and interactive practice. The operator and contact details are listed in our legal notice. Our service is intended for adults.

The Android app is being prepared for private testing. A website account does not guarantee access to a test build or a particular course. Public store availability will be announced separately.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Provide accurate account information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own use of the service.

You can request account deletion at any time through our account deletion page. Deletion removes access to associated saved learning records.

Learning content and acceptable use

You may use the learning content for your own learning. Respect the rights of Skillbum and other content owners. Do not redistribute protected course content except through an available, authorized sharing feature or with permission.

Do not misuse accounts, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Security exercises are for authorized environments and simulations; they do not give permission to access someone else’s systems.

If comments or feedback are available, submit only material you are entitled to share. We may display your comments in their course context and review or remove submissions to operate and protect the service.

Early access and learning outcomes

Test features and content can change, contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Some lessons use AI-generated media. Check instructions before applying them to real systems and keep backups where appropriate.

Skillbum does not guarantee a qualification, employment or a particular learning result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payments

These terms cover the current website and private test service. Creating an account does not itself purchase a course or start a subscription.

If paid courses become available, the price, access commitment, purchase terms and applicable cancellation or refund information will be presented before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Service restrictions and changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date identifies this version; material changes will be communicated as required. Changes do not remove existing mandatory rights or paid commitments.
